Pam Brook is a food producer, businesswoman, innovator and farmer. Author of We Can All Eat That – raise healthy adventurous eaters and help prevent food allergies. It’s a book to hand down in your family for generations; a baby book, a “go-to” recipe book for all the family. A must-have for parents of infants and toddlers, this new food allergy basics is an essential dose of calm every new parent needs to empower them to feed their child with confidence. Written based on the latest research and advice of medical experts.
Pam is Co-founder of Brookfarm (1999) and Cape Byron Distillery (2016), two family businesses based in Byron Bay. Her first career was as a dental surgeon in Melbourne for two decades before moving north. Together with her husband, Martin, over the past 30 years they have transformed a former rundown, weed-infested dairy farm by restoring 40 acres of rainforest and creating a haven for wildlife. The remainder is a spectacularly beautiful orchard with thousands of macadamias and native fruit trees which they farm regeneratively, building healthy soils and natural ecosystems. Brookfarm produces premium, internationally recognised granolas and snacks. Cape Byron Distillery was awarded world’s most sustainable distillery in 2019.
