This year Byron Writers Festival will launch its first Guided Writing Group with author Sarah Armstrong. The first seasonal block of four sessions will take place this Autumn through March and April. Every week evening for four weeks participants will meet for 1.5 hours of power. Sarah will prompt the group in writing exercises with the simple aim of putting pen to paper. Most of the time will be dedicated to writing with time for feedback from the group on a couple of short pieces each week.
Please note: This is a guided writing group aimed at helping you get words down on paper, as opposed to a workshop with specific learning outcomes and course materials.
When: Tuesdays 22 & 29 March (cancelled), April 5 & Wednesday 13 April + postponed date TBC
Where: Byron Writers Festival Office. 2/58 Centennial Cct, Byron Bay NSW 2481
Cost: $100 members/$140 non-members ($25/$35 per session)
