To the Festival

The Festival site is located at Elements of Byron (formerly known as North Beach), approximately 5km from Byron town centre.

Shuttle Bus

The Festival operates a regular shuttle bus service from Byron Bay to the Festival site. The cost is $4 each way. We encourage visitors to use the shuttle service as parking is limited.

There are three pick up points within the town centre. A bus route map will be available prior to the festival, but pick up points are as follows:

  • Shirley Street
  • Apartments Inn (Fletcher Street)
  • The Atlantic (Marvel Street)
  • Byron Bay Bus Terminal (Jonson Street, outside the visitor’s centre)
  • Byron at Byron Resort (77-97 Broken Head Road)

Elements of Byron is located at the end of Bayshore Drive in the Arts & Industrial Estate, approximately an 8 minute drive from the centre of Byron Bay. Car parking on site is limited. If driving we recommend arriving 45 minutes before Festival entry.

There will be a $5 daily charge for parking on site. For directions, please refer to the Google Map below.

To Byron Bay

Byron Bay is located in the Northern Rivers of NSW, and is accessible by Air, Rail, Bus and Car.


Ballina Byron Gateway Airport is the closest to Byron Bay and offers up to 58 direct flights per week on Virgin Australia, Jetstar and Regional Express.

Other airports include Gold Coast Airport (approx 45min drive) and Brisbane International (approx 1h45min drive).
