Within this playful and informative workshop, participants will receive an introduction to professional book illustration, develop a storyboard and work up at least one final illustration. We will work with a set text, creating works to a specific size, learning a few tricks and requirements of the trade along the way! Participants will respond to the text with their own imagery and preferred medium, be that paint, pencil, collage or mixed media.
