Wild Imagination 2023: Our Handy Ticket Guide

Byron Writers Festival 2023 is set to transport audiences into the wildest depths of their imagination, and, with a number of different ticket types, there’s an option for everyone to enjoy the stories, discussion and debate that make up the program.

Wondering which ticket to choose? Here’s our quick ticket guide:

A 3-Day Pass gives you access to all sessions happening in the main festival program across the long weekend. It’s a great choice if you would like to fully immerse yourself in ‘Wild Imagination’.

A 1-Day Pass gives you access to sessions happening in the main festival program for your chosen day – Friday, Saturday or Sunday. It’s the best choice if you have limited time but still want the ‘festival’ experience.

The new Saturday PM Under 35s Pass gives Gen-Z and Millennials access to twelve sessions on Saturday 12 August from 2pm, spanning a range of topics including memoir, music making, sport’s complicated relationship with race and gender euphoria.

The Kids Big Day Out Pass admits one child and one adult to the Kids Big Day Out marquee at the festival on Sunday 13 August.

The Sunday Family Pass admits one child and two adults to the festival site on Sunday 13 August. This pass is a great option if you love the idea of sharing the Kids Big Day Out program with your children but also wish to catch other sessions in the main program.

A program of separately ticketed Workshops, Feature Events and Satellite Events takes place during festival week and address the key themes of the 2023 festival. Check them out online, or in the printed program.
